Essence Roofing is the mobile companion to Essence CRM for authorised staff and contractors of Essence Roofing and Building Services Ltd.
What you can do
View jobs and appointments, add notes, photos and files, complete job forms, record time and report work complete to the office. Authorised office staff can also prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and supplier bills. Your account permissions determine which features are available.
Signing in
The office creates your staff account. Use the account details provided by the office. Downloading the app does not create an account or grant access to company information.
Need help?
Contact the office if you cannot sign in, need access changed, or have a question about a job. Include your job reference and a description of the problem. Never send your password or verification codes.

Pending uploads
Check Pending uploads to see work waiting to reach the CRM. If an upload is held for checking, ask the office to confirm what arrived before making a replacement. Keep the app and its stored files on your phone until pending work has been recovered.
Updates and notifications
Keep the app up to date through the App Store. Compatible maintenance updates can download inside the app and apply on a subsequent launch. Optional notifications can be managed in the app and in your phone settings. The office can review completed work in CRM even when notifications are disabled.
